- If the autoloader is present, empty the autoloader and remove from the top of the machine.
- Go into the tech panel (4377) go to the Autoloader and Hopper tab, scroll to the bottom, there will be a button for "Empty Autoloader" press that.
- This will run the agitator motor nonstop until you tell it to stop on the screen.
- Remove the copper hopper and hold a bag under the chute. I like to use the grainpro bag that the test coffee came in.
- Autoloader has two screws that sit inside the cavity, remove those then lift the autoloader off of the roaster
- Remove the left and right panel.
- Remove the six T10 screws holding the top of the white panel to the top plate.
- Remove the chaff can from the machine.
- Locate the three 4mm screws at the base of the left frame, remove them.
- Remove the 10 2.5mm screws from the left and right frame that attach to the front white panel.
- Now that the left frame has wiggle room, remove the sanitary clamp that connects the cyclone to the chaff can bayonet. Make notes on placement of your tools, hands, and clamp as this is tricky to reattach.
- Remove the cosmetic ring around the glass door for the drum. Firmly grasp the ring and rotate it counterclockwise to unlock and remove it.
- The front panel will now fall forward to allow access to the optical sensor for the bean cooler detect.
