Tools required :
- T10 Screwdriver
- #1 Phillips Screwdriver
- #2 Phillips Screwdriver
- metric Allen key set
Process :
- Gently lift up and slide the Autoloader back 3cm. See this guide for reference.
- Remove the right and left panel of the roaster. Set aside.
- Along the left side of the roaster remove the 5 Allen screws securing the front panel to the frame of the roaster.
4. Along the right side of the roaster remove the 5 Allen screws securing the front panel to the frame of the roaster.
5. Remove the six screws along the top of the roaster. These are either T10 or a #1 phillips.
6. Pop the front panel free from under the lid and pull it forward. Use a chair to help support the front panel as it leans forward.
7. Find the control board on the left side of the machine. Identify the thermocouple wiring at the bottom of the board. Identify the thermocouple wiring labeled "Separator TC". Unscrew wires from connector.
8. Locate the separator thermocouple located between the bean load and the chaff cyclone.
9. Loosen the compression nut and pull out the old thermocouple. Follow the wires back to the control board and cut any zip ties holding the wire bundles together.
10. Install the new probe through the compression nut and teflon ferrule. Tighten the compression nut.
11. Run the wiring back to the control board and connect the wiring to the green connector.
12. Reassemble the roaster, power on and test.
