Process:
- Remove the Bean Cooler/Autobucket from the roaster.
- Locate the button behind where the Bucket sits and press down, while turning the lockbar to the right. This will lower the gasket downward.
- Reseat the gasket on the flange until the whole piece is flush and flat
- If the roaster or gasket is new, it may be tacky causing it to pull free as it retracts into the machine. As you rotate the lockbar back to the left, you may need to push the gasket up into the groove simultaneously. With use, the gasket will actuate much smoother
