Initial / Site Preparation
Check voltage at Receptacle ( CIRCLE: 3PH @ 208V or 1PH @ 220-240V )
Record phase: ________ Voltage (across hots): _________
Locate items shipped prior to install (test coffee, cleaning kit, etc)
Ethernet
Confirm that the source is the furthest point upstream (modem)
Confirm connectivity and speed with a computer: __________ Mbps
Uncrate the roaster and move to final location
Inspect for damage TAKE PICTURES OF CRATE, TIP SENSORS, AND NOTABLE DAMAGE
Verify placement allows adequate ventilation (6” from back panel to wall, 3” on both sides)
Hook ethernet up to the port on the rear of the roaster
Remove skins
Drum
Inspect Door Glass for damage
Ensure thumb screws securing are tight

No leaks (Compressor shuts off when pressurized)
Ensure pressure switch cuts off pump ~100PSI
Regulator set to 80 PSI
