Series 2: Cleaning the steam collection tube

Low/no water collection, can smell first crack

Tools Required : 

• Philips #2 Screwdriver
• Metric allen key set
• Roaster Soakz
• Hot water source

Process : 

1. Power down Roaster, unplug ethernet and power cable, remove the rear skin with #2 phillips screwdriver.
2. Use a 6mm allen screwdriver to open up the rear extrusion.  Swing the panel out and open.  Place the bracket and screw aside.
3. Remove the silicone hose between the heat exchange and the roaster stack
4. Run hot water and cleaner through the hose
5. Check and clean the fittings on the roaster side and heat exchange side
6. Remove elbow fittings as necessary if heavy cleaning is required.
