This guide will show you how to change your roaster from single phase to three phase power. To change from three-phase to single-phase, follow in reverse.

Tools Required :
- #2 phillips screw driver
- 3mm allen/hex key
- Small pick or precision flatblade screw driver
- 6mm allen/hex key
Process :
- Using the #2 phillips screwdriver remove the LH skin.
- Extend the leg for the ee panel and secure in place.
- Hinge down the ee panel
- Using the 3mm allen/or #2 phillips remove the rear skin to the ee panel
- Move the heater power cables from 1 phase (red arrow) to 3 phase (orange arrow)
- Carefully put the ee panel back into the machine and place skin back on the machine.
- Remove back skin.
- Using a 6mm hex bit remove the bracket holding the extrusion.
- Open the extrusion like a door (from right to left).
- Using a 3mm hex bit remove the strain relief from the power cord.
- Using a pick or precision flat blade screwdriver, press down into the holes to release the cable in the connection. Video how to
- With the provided power cable reinsert the cables from left to right : Green - Blue - Red - Black (match the colors on the opposite side).
- Replace the strain relief. You may need to stand on it to compress the rubber.
- Close the extrusion and reinstall the rear skin.
- Plug the roaster into the internet and power.
- Power on.
