Series 2: Changing phase configuration

This guide will show you how to change your roaster from single phase to three phase power. To change from three-phase to single-phase, follow in reverse.

Parts Required : 

 920-00070 Single Phase Power Cable 1
 920-00064 3 Phase Power Cable 1

Tools Required : 

1. #2 phillips screw driver
2. 3mm allen/hex key
3. Small pick or precision flatblade screw driver
4. 6mm allen/hex key

Process : 

1. Using the #2 phillips screwdriver remove the LH skin. 
   
2. Extend the leg for the ee panel and secure in place. 
   
3. Hinge down the ee panel
4. Using the 3mm allen/or #2 phillips remove the rear skin to the ee panel
   
5. Move the heater power cables from 1 phase (red arrow) to 3 phase (orange arrow)
   
6. Carefully put the ee panel back into the machine and place skin back on the machine. 
7. Remove back skin.
8. Using a 6mm hex bit remove the bracket holding the extrusion.
   
9. Open the extrusion like a door (from right to left).
10. Using a 3mm hex bit remove the strain relief from the power cord. 
    
11. Using a pick or precision flat blade screwdriver, press down into the holes to release the cable in the connection.  Video how to
    
12. With the provided power cable reinsert the cables from left to right : Green - Blue - Red - Black (match the colors on the opposite side).
    
13. Replace the strain relief. You may need to stand on it to compress the rubber. 
14. Close the extrusion and reinstall the rear skin. 
15. Plug the roaster into the internet and power. 
16. Power on.
